Established in 2011

Lexham Estates was established in 2011 as a privately owned property investment business. We acquire and manage property in the UK, with refurbishment and improvement forming part of our approach where appropriate.

Our focus is on the assets we own and the decisions that support their performance over time. From acquisition through ongoing management or eventual sale, we take a direct interest in the condition, use and prospects of each property.

Ownership with a purpose

Every acquisition requires a clear view of how the property can serve the business. Some assets are retained to generate rental income. Others are improved and repositioned before being sold.

This flexibility allows us to assess each opportunity individually and to make decisions in line with the property’s characteristics and the company’s objectives.
